Fantasy Contest - Tasoula the Rogue

Okay folks so the deadlines have already closed, and now the judging is on! I'm not certain yet on when the winners will be announced as I want to take some time to think, and I have a lot on at the moment. Thank you for each and every entry! I truly mean it, it has been so wonderful for me! I never expected so many people to be interested, and the time and effort that you've all put in has astounded me!

I will say in advance that I think there are definitely more than 3 deviations that deserve prizes, I don't know how I'm going to come to a decision! Ferris101 will be helping me to judge as he is my DM and knows Tasoula well! Don't worry though, I asked everyone to make it their own so I won't be judging off how close people got to my image of her! I will be posting a new journal entry with the winners fairly soon, so keep your eyes peeled!

SECOND UPDATE: Just reminding everyone that the contest is still running! There seems to have been a lot of intrest and there's now less than a month to go, so get your submissions in! By the deadline, if there are less than five entries in either category (visual or literary) then I will either extend the contest by only one more week, or cancel the category for which there are less than 5 submissions. Deviants CAN enter both categories, but only one submission to each! I want to see your entries so get submitting!

UPDATE: NEW DEADLINE. Due to the amount of interest and lack of actual submissions, I am going to extend the deadline which will now be on Sunday the 26th of February! Also, there are a few more prizes, but any more donations will be appreciated!

Hello fellow deviants!

Seasons greetings! I have decided to run a contest to design my D&D character! I love her to bits, and seeing as there are so many fantastic artists on here I would really like to see your depictions of her. I don't want to discriminate, so the contest is also open to Literature submissions, but obviously the criteria is a little different for these submissions.


Contest Details

Visual Artists - Your task is to design Tasoula from the description below. You can show her on her own, or if you're more creative, in a scene.
Literary Artists - Your task is to describe Tasoula's past from the description below. This can be a short story, or even just a poem about one event. It's your choice.

Tasoula the Rogue
Some basic points to make about her:
She is a Rogue! If you're not familiar with this in a fantasy sense, she is someone who can pick locks, set/disable traps, sneak around silently, hide in the shadows etc.
She is a Halfling - a human who is half the normal size (she is in fact 2"11).
Her alignment is chaotic-good. This means she is a kind of 'Robin Hood' character; she is good hearted but doesn't go about it in a lawful way!
She LOVES gold.

A little more information about Tasoula - she is at home in a city environment, this is where she is from. She also goes adventuring with others to make a bit of gold and help people out. She does not like to be double-crossed and will seek excessive revenge. It's up to you to decide if she has any scars, or does she have any tattoos? Be creative and have fun!
