Return to the Realm...
The Realm-of-Fantasy Art Galleries were temporarily closed to submissions for a few days this week.
This downtime was simply to perform some routine group maintenance and restructuring.
Our Submission backlog in que was also being processed.
Expiration Date Past Due...
Also for many of you there has been issues with submissions expiring.
We are addressing the issue, which was an incredibly high volume of incoming submissions during a time where our hard working Group Moderator's capacity was limited.
We will take steps to avoid this issue in the future.
Your artwork is important to use, and we would never intentionally allow submissions to expire.
We have simply been acquiring a rather large volume of work, and as such is resulting in a backlog.
We need to meet this high volume with more active staff volunteers.
We are happy that so many people are submitting work to RoF, and we will double our efforts to welcome all the artwork here.
For all of you that have had a submission expire, our sincerest apologies.
Please feel free to resubmit at this time.
