Especially mythology but movies and books inspired me very much :)

For me, it was comic books, monster movies from the 1930s-1950s, and Frank Frazetta artwork that put me on the path to being a lifelong fan.

I voted TV, as that was my initiation by default, but novels are where my interest really fuelled.

Most of the options their, I consider about the same, especially role-playing, novels , and video games. But why i consider video games more, is because its more of a visual-like seeing their creations and characters-it inspires me to create something cool as well.

My influence was a little bit of everything but the strongest would be film. Growing up in the 80's many films made me interested in Fantasy/Sci Fi. Here's a few: Aliens, The Dark Crystal, Tron, The Thing, Conan the Barbarian, The Beastmaster, Krull, Dragonslayer, The Never Ending Story, Willow, Terminator and Back to the Future.

A friend in the 6th grade was reading a Signet paperback by Robert
Heinlein. that began a 20 year orgy of reading Golden Age Science-fiction and fantasy.

After I played my first Final fantasy game (FF X) I was sold. It made me realise everything is possible. After this I started with the creation of my own worlds.

"none" should be an option. Because as far as I can remember, I've loved fantasy ever since I could imagine.

Both of my parents love to read, and their favorite genres are sci-fi and fantasy. Growing up as an only child, there were tons of books lying around the house, so I started reading. Now I write my own stories.
