No, if works sent above the rule will be declined. People in my Club, forget the rule of 1 submission, so if they send more I ask them politely, to send the works in the weeks to come and don't accept them. It is good for them too I think, because they get the fair chance for their works to be seen on the main page of the Club in 10 features. Imagine that you send 1 work, and in next minute it is swept away by 10 other works from one member... In my opinion it's a bit unfair. But again,,, it's only my opinion.
